Aldridge Students Enjoy Unforgettable Cultural Trip to London

Students from Aldridge School, across Years 7 to 10, recently enjoyed an exciting and enriching trip packed with memorable experiences in London.

The visit included a fascinating exploration of the Science Museum, where students engaged with interactive exhibits and developed their curiosity about the world around them. This was followed by an unforgettable theatrical experience watching The Lion King.

A particular highlight of the trip was the visit to the Harry Potter Studios, where students went behind the scenes to discover the magic of filmmaking. Exploring iconic sets, costumes and props from the much-loved films proved to be a truly memorable experience and a clear favourite for many.

Students had a fantastic time throughout, showing enthusiasm and excellent behaviour. F Smith, Year 7 student, commented, “The trip was amazing — I loved seeing how everything works at the Harry Potter Studios and the Lion King was incredible. It’s something I’ll never forget.”

Miss Irving, who organised the visit, said, “This trip was a wonderful opportunity for students to experience culture, science and creativity beyond the classroom. They represented the school brilliantly and it was fantastic to see them so engaged and inspired.”
