National Careers Week (NCW) is a week of celebrating Careers guidance in education across the UK, 04th-09th March  The aim has always been to develop awareness, enthusiasm and excitement about students future pathways both post 16 and post 18 leading into their adult lives.

This year’s activities at Aldridge School include assemblies from the West Midlands Combined Authority and the Department for Work and Pensions on varying aspects from challenging stereotypes in the workplace to learning about apprenticeship options. Every subject area within the school will be delivering a careers activity to allow students to understand the careers you can go into based on a subject area. We will also be celebrating World Book Day with a variety of activities during form time.
