Music Scholarship
About the Scholarship
Aldridge School has a long and outstanding tradition for its music provision, not only in the core curriculum but in its enhanced groups of 'scholars' who apply for places each year.
Music scholars receive three hours of curriculum lessons each week, including ensemble performing skills, composing, music theory and listening work.
Music scholars receive instrumental lessons on their first and second instrument delivered by our team of highly skilled visiting instrumental teachers.
Scholars perform in one or more of our many ensembles and the annual concert series.
